Our Children
22 are in elementary level and are studying at Bonga Menor Elementary School.
12 are high school students who are enrolled at Tibagan National High School.
We also have 2 nursing college students who are enrolled at Fernandez College of Technology and Arts.
Criteria for Admission
Target beneficiaries are those children aged four years old up to fifteen.
1. Street children without a family or relatives
2. Children with a family but could not sustain him/ her because of poverty
3. Orphaned and abandoned, with or without guardians
4. Underpriveledged children and indigent who have parents but do not have sufficient income to meet their basic needs
About Nazareth Home for Street Children
was founded on October 25, 1995 by Most Rev. Cirilo Almario Jr., D.D., Bishop Emeritus of Malolos and hispartners, the Sister of the Divine Shepherd. It is a response to the call and challenges of the Secondary Plenary Council that the "Church must show concern, love and compassion to the youth." On October 12, 1999, Nazareth Home is licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development as a Center- Based Services for children and youth.
VISION
A center- based institution that will provide a temporary home, special care and love to the less fortunate children of God so they may develop among themselves the respect for life, worth and dignity and attain self- sufficiency and reliance.
MISSION
To teach them the importance of God and His teachings. To Guide them in their total human development through value formations of right conscience and true value of life.
